In addition, the credit card payment gateway generates a token valid only in our payment environment, enabling the subsequent use of the card without storing its data. |

When using our services, browser and computer data are collected together with other data for the purpose of recording access and actions performed on our system, in view of the technical and legal need for storage for record (log) purposes.

7. Disclaimer
Under no circumstances is BRASCAST responsible for handling situations such as:
- Information processed by third parties not related to BRASCAST;
- Information disclosed by the user itself or obtained from the user illegally by third parties. In this case, we highlight some examples such as exploitation of vulnerabilities in digital systems under the user's responsibility, social engineering and others of the kind;
- Information that was not collected and stored by BRASCAST and/or was disclosed by the user outside the scope in which we collected it.
8. User Rights
The user can request access, update or correction of their personal information. The user also has the right to object to receiving direct marketing. The user can request the unsubscription of their own email, where there is a link for this in the footer of every email sent.
The user may have additional rights according to the local legislation applicable to the processing.
