1. Practices Not Allowed
Some practices are not allowed:
- SPAM: is defined as sending unsolicited emails. In addition, unsolicited emails are increasingly ignored by recipients and increase the repudiation of email providers against the companies that send them. Thus, even commercially, spam is something repugnant.
- Transactional email: emails sent automatically, usually relevant to some service (password recovery, billing, etc).
- Marketing email: newsletter, promoting content and similar.
2. BRASCAST Anti-Spam Commitment
BRASCAST, in synchrony with the best practices of the internet and the most influential non-governmental bodies on the internet and following the call of its users, hereby exposes its anti-spam commitment. This commitment has always existed and is automatically accepted upon contracting any service provided by BRASCAST.
3. Sending Marketing and Transactional Emails
Sending marketing and transactional emails is not allowed. The email service focuses on private messages. Marketing and transactional emails often harm the shared email server when not sent in a controlled manner. We recommend using specialized services to send messages in these categories.
4. Consequences of Non-Compliance
Failure to comply with the email service usage policies will result in notification, followed by account suspension for 24 hours. In case of recurrence, the email service will be cancelled. In the case of spam, this rule is also valid even if our SMTP servers are not used to send the emails, but they were sent with the purpose of promoting a site hosted on our servers.
5. Contact for Complaints or Questions
